Hey! We're Glock '45! A band from Hoorn that has created a unique mix of satire, theater, rock 'n' roll and country. At the moment the band is really on the rise. We are playing bigger and bigger festivals, attracting sponsors, working with renowned producers and building an ever-growing legacy.

Despite the fact that we are grateful for the success we have achieved so far, we want more. We are now faced with the fact that people who have seen our show live are immediately convinced, come back or book us for their own festival. However, when we send an email, it is often difficult for people who do not know us (yet) to estimate what exactly we do. They do not understand it and therefore do not book it. We want to change that! With the same persuasiveness with which we are on stage, we want to make a documentary that captures the core of what we do. A (short) film that will ensure that we are able to attract more attention, increase the understanding of the act and thus increase our audience.

That is why we are looking for a (young) filmmaker who wants to capture everything we do and experience on film and in this way capture the soul of our band, the soul that also wins many other souls.

To achieve this, we give you all the artistic freedom. We believe that it can only work if you capture our act, our friendship and our hard work with your eye.

What do we offer?
We offer a market-conform budget and an assignment in which, we think, you can really express your creativity. So we offer money and artistic freedom. The most important thing for us is that the magic that takes place on stage, in the rehearsal room and behind the scenes is captured on film as well as possible.

Job requirements / profile
You have to be an independent creator with a creative mind who knows what he/she is doing. What is especially important is that you can capture the forces behind our band. See what it is really about and capture that on camera. The people behind the act. We are looking for someone who can work well together, is social and can take a punch. Someone who is willing to work hard, just like us, for a professional end result. Someone who can handle long days and long nights but is willing to do that for a good end product.
