"The Odds" is a short film of +/- 20 minutes that takes the viewer into the life of a teenage girl who grows up in poverty and is confronted with social prejudices and moral dilemmas on a daily basis. The film is a "Choose your own adventure" experience (think Black Mirror Bandersnatch) in which the viewers make decisions on behalf of the main character at crucial moments. In this way, they are made directly responsible for the course of the story and the consequences of their choices, which leads to intense involvement. In a society where polarization and prejudice often prevail, "The Odds" wants to invite the audience to put aside their own assumptions and open themselves up to a different perspective.

We are looking for a creative DOP with a team player mindset and great attention to detail. Someone who cannot only capture beautiful frames but also capture the emotion of the scene.

Job requirements / profile
